What's Allowed
- Tribute photos, stories, and memories honoring loved ones
- Respectful comments and messages of condolence
- Family history, biographies, and milestone documentation
- Inspirational quotes, scriptures, and prayers
What's Not Allowed
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward any user
- Hate speech, discrimination, or slurs based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
- Graphic violence or disturbing imagery unrelated to dignified remembrance
- Impersonation of another person or misrepresenting a relationship
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, or phishing attempts
- Content that infringes on copyright or privacy rights of others
- Sharing another person's personal information without consent
- Content that exploits or harms minors in any way
Reporting Content
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please use the Report option available on memories, comments, and member profiles within the app. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.
Blocking Users
You can block any user from interacting with your family's content. Blocked users will not be able to view your profiles, comment on your memories, or contact your family through the Service.
Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension of features
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement when required by law
